Bluecastle Capital is in the early stage of bringing forward land at Wellington Road for a residential, Build-to-Rent development. Information about what we are proposing will be made available on this website on Friday 23 October 2026.

The project team will be in central Leeds to present the plans as they stand in person. Please join us at City Square, by the Black Prince Statue on:
